“In Person” sessions fill up quickly. Please consider booking your sessions a couple of months in advance with the option of an “online session” if you don’t see the availability you are looking for.

Cancellations - If you find it necessary to cancel an appointment, please contact your counsellor at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations with less than 48 hours advance notice will be charged the full price for the session. In case of sudden illness, there will be the option of moving session online or a $30 fee will apply.

Please be aware of a price increase for individual and couple’s sessions as of June 1, 2024. New prices: Individual Counselling $130 + GST and Couple’s Counselling 170 + GST.
